We understand that your home is a valuable asset and must be maintained when you are not in the Dominican Republic.
Our basic plan provides a weekly walk through of your home. We will then take care of any needed problems that may arise.
We want to make owning a second home completley care free for ll of our owners.

- Key holding
- Limited pre-storm preparedness
- Post-storm inspection
- Weekly inspection of your property
- Check all fixtures for leaks
- Ensure that appliances are in working order
- Check A/C units and ensure that they are set at your specified temperature
- Replace any light bulbs as needed
- Flush toilets and run faucets to ensure proper water flow
- Ensure that all doors are locked and alarm codes set
- Arrange monthly cleanings or at your discretion
- Provide pre-arrival grocery delivery
- Prep the home for your arrival which can include changing the a/c
temperature, turning on lights, turning down beds, concierge service,
pick up from the airport, etc…
